Akshay Gupta

Akshay Gupta is an internationally trained lawyer with extensive experience in contract law, compliance and governance, corporate fraud, and dispute resolution across industries such as healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and construction. Mr. Gupta joined Dhalla Group of Companies to facilitate the organization with his knowledge and experience. Acting as a legal analyst, he prepares agreements, conducts due diligence, performs research, and assists in various other legal and business matters. He earned his first law degree in India before completing an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Laws, specializing in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. After establishing a successful legal practice in India and representing clients in courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Gupta moved to Canada to further his expertise. He completed a second LL.M. in Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, solidifying his standing as a versatile and accomplished legal professional.
